The September BEAST brings her A-game every day! She works hard and is always willing to help. The phrase “not in my job description” is a foreign concept to her. Her priority is the resident’s health. She is not afraid to advocate for residents or staff. She has a wonderful attitude. She smiles and laughs daily, her energy seems endless She participates in all staff activities and is respected and looked up to by staff. She is easy to pick on, but she gives it right back. She gets the residents and other staff dancing to Polka music in the morning while waiting for trays. She HATES to hug, so be sure to give her a big one!
