This BEAST is always adovcating for her coworkers and for her residents. You can tell she truly cares and takes pride in her work. She shows up and is always willing to help where she can. One of her coworkers said “I am fairly new to ENC and every time I work with Michelle, she makes me feel like I fit in. She always makes sure I know what to do and if I don’t, she’s ALWAYS willing to lend a hand or give pointers. She truly is one of the best I’ve worked with so far!
