This beast has been described as an unsung hero. She is one of those employees that are not seen, but you know if she is not here! She smiles and greets residents in a friendly manner. She works hard to be sure the resident’s clothing is labeled and will mark them herself if they need it. She takes it upon herself to look in closets, lost and found and any other place to locate missing clothing. She doesn’t say no when asked to do something, regardless of where she is at in her day. She definitely works like a beast when she is here.
